Semi?Independent Living offers the same peaceful, luxury setting with added support for individuals who may need occasional assistance with daily tasks, reminders, or structured routines. <strong> Assistance with Daily Living (ADL) support provided by a third-party agency.</strong>

Avalon welcomes Seniors, Veterans, and Adults who benefit from a respectful, stable, and community?oriented home. Residents should be able to live safely in a shared environment and participate in daily living with minimal to moderate support, depending on their chosen program.

Yes. Avalon MI encourages healthy connections and family involvement. Visitors are welcome in common areas during designated visiting hours

While meals are not included as part of the program, residents in Semi?Independent Living may receive additional support with meal planning or preparation, while Independent Living residents may choose to cook for themselves.

Absolutely. Avalon MI is designed to support independence and dignity. Residents may come and go as they please, provided they follow basic safety guidelines outlined in the Avalon Policies and Procedures Handbook and communicate any extended absences. Our goal is to offer freedom within a secure, respectful environment.
